Second short-term staff training has been implemented in Spain between 22-26 November 2021 with the participation of youth workers and young people from Turkey, Spain, and Italy.
During the 5 days training, the participants had the chance to learn and improve their competences and skills on problem solving, communication, leadership, participation in teamwork, creativity and observation skills through different activities. Participants also discussed on the benefits of the youth work field for youth, youth workers and decision makers, and discuss on how youth work can be improved by considering these factors.
