The Project
The project “Increasing Social Effectiveness Through Innovative Methods and Tools in Non-formal Education-based Youth Work” expects different results concerning the different target groups.
The project expects professional training and educational institutions for youth workers to:
Gain a validated contribution to their curricula as an alternative way of working with disadvantaged youngsters
Gain a contribution to the variety of approaches to performing youth work in general
The project expects future youth workers to:
Gain a contribution to the variety of approaches to performing youth work
Experience the power of the methodology approach to bond with youngsters, to build community and to boost inclusion.
The project expects experienced youth workers in further training activities to:
Additionally improve skills dealing with disadvantaged youngsters (e.g. the youngsters from rural areas, youngsters with migration background)
Gain a contribution to the variety of approaches to performing youth work
