LEVEL5 is the core concept for validating competence developments within Inno4Impact. LEVEL5 is an approach and instrument to document and visualise competence developments. The methodology follows the basic idea that a competence is the ability to apply a synthesis of knowledge, skills and attitudes in a particular situation on a particular level.
